Payment for in-person, telephone and online sessions is made by BACS before each appointment.

Health Insurance
Your health insurance may cover the cost of counselling or psychotherapy

If your health insurance covers counselling or psychotherapy with me, I can usually invoice your insurer directly, making the process as straightforward as possible for you.

If you are insured with another provider, I can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurer and claim back any eligible fees.

Please check with your health insurance provider before starting therapy, as each insurer and policy has different terms. These may include the type and number of sessions covered, whether you need prior authorisation, and any excess or contribution you may need to pay.
