The centre is conveniently located on Queen Street, the main road leading towards Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. Access to the John Pounds Centre is through the archway on Queen Street, close to the pedestrian crossing.
The therapy room provides a quiet and private space for our sessions. The centre also has accessible facilities, toilets and a waiting area.

The centre is conveniently located within easy reach of Portsmouth Harbour railway station, making it accessible for clients travelling from across Portsmouth and the surrounding area. Portsmouth & Southsea station is also nearby.
By bus
There is a bus stop close to the centre, with good local connections.
By car
Free one-hour on-street parking is available in the surrounding roads. Please check local parking restrictions when you arrive.
